MY STORY

My love of flowers began at an early age with a beautifully illustrated book called the ‘Flower Fairies’, from this, I went on to be enchanted by ‘The Secret Garden’ and ‘Tom’s Midnight Garden’.

For the past 30 years I have been teaching children of all ages, with a brief diversion into Garden Design in 2000. Now, I have returned to the career I began in the 1980s: Floristry.  In 2021 having taken early retirement, I continued my Floristry training at Seed2Design, achieving NCFE certificates in Creative Floristry for Levels 2 and 3 and I am currently studying for my Level 4 certificate as part of my continuing professional development.
